ISC Santa Fe debut! Most recently seen as Edmund in Cast Howl of King Lear, presented by Upstart Crows of Santa Fe and the Shakespeare Gym in collaboration with and celebration of the beautiful Itai Rosen. As co-writer: short films produced in North Macedonia, Russia, UK, and USA, as well as one-act play Queen Mab produced by Riot Act Theatre Co at London's Courtyard Theatre. As director and choreographer: I May Have Seen the Devil (a cut of Hamlet), Black n Blue Boys // Broken Men, The Life of Galileo (by Bertolt Brecht). Alejandro is Associate Director of the Upstart Crows, and welcomes you to witness the wonderful work of these most talented young people in their August production of Twelfth Night (and then to visit our website for the rest of our wild season to come)! Alejandro is also a founding member of The Fruiting Bodies art collective, and feels himself richly lucky to be playing in this space, with this process, in synergy with this brave company.

Previous credits with ISC Santa Fe: Coriolanus (Director); Julius Caesar (Mark Antony, Plebian). As an artist Edward has spent 30 years working across Canada and across the globe. He spent 19 seasons with the renowned Stratford Festival of Canada, as an actor, director, teaching artist, and the associate director of education. He continues to work with artists and teachers in El Salvador in partnership with The Stratford Festival and CUSO International. Edward has taught acting at the University of Guelph and the National Theatre School of Canada and has taught Classical Theatre and directed for Humber College, George Brown College, The Centre for Indigenous Theatre, and the National Ballet School of Canada. For Michigan State University, Edward has taught classical theatre and theatre for young audiences and directed The Beaux Stratagem, Cyrano de Bergerac and James and the Giant Peach. His production company, In the Blink, produces youth-oriented theatre in the Toronto area and he regularly voiced characters for the TVO/Treehouse series Mighty Machines.

Other previous credits: Over a 50-year career Vince has designed stage sets for more than 160 theatre and dance productions, including several national touring musicals. He is an accomplished scenic artist and owned a scenery and display production company. Vince is also on the Board of ISC Santa Fe.

John Flax is the founding artistic director of Theater Grottesco, a 40 year old ensemble creating devised physical performances that has toured nationally and internationally. Flax has also worked with the Theatre de la Jeune Lune in Minneapolis and Paris, The Paris Circus, London’s Theatre Complicite with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, San Francisco Choreographer Della Davidson, the Sundance Play writing Laboratory, the Out of Context Orchestra, the Sevda Balkan Choir and most recently in Godfrey Reggio's latest film, Once Within a Time. Flax has taught at theaters and colleges nationally and internationally, was a board member of the national Network of Ensemble Theaters and is a graduate of the Ecole Jacques Lecoq in Paris where he also studied with Phillipe Gaulier. He studied voice with Arthur Lessac, holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Prescott College and an ABD Ed.D in Anthropology and Philosophy. At the age of 12, Flax was a state judo champion. In his early 20’s, he led a 2,000 mile kayaking expedition across Canada.

ISC Santa Fe debut! Joshua Caleb Horton is a SAG-AFTRA actor born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Josh graduated from NMSU with a BFA in Theatre Arts, he also attended the University Of Las Vegas, Nevada. His recent credits include playing Chris in SWEAT at the Santa Fe Playhouse , co-star roles in Showtimes The Curse, Netflix’s Obliterated, and Tubi’s Butch Cassidy and the Wild Bunch premiering this year.

New York Credits include Romeo And Juliet (Shakespeare In The Park/Public Theater); Television credits include Chicago Med and Chicago Fire. Film includes the award-winning Blue Boy by New Mexico filmmaker Andy Kastelic which premiered at AFMX last year. He has been a grateful assistant teacher for the Youth Shakespeare Festival with the Upstart Crows the past two years. He is a graduate of the University Of New Mexico and the School at Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago; and is represented by Mitchell & Associates Talent.

ISC Santa Fe debut! Kate is an actor and a teacher. Ms Udall was designated as a teacher of Linklater voice technique in 2003. She has a Postgraduate Diploma from the Central School of Speech and Drama in London, an MFA from UCSD, and an BA from Yale University. She has taught at, among other places, Sarah Lawrence, NYU, UNCSA and many acting studios in the US and the UK.. She was a Associate Professor of Voice and Speech at West Virginia University. She has a long career as an actor, appearing in film (Gravity, Slamdance ’11 in Park City Utah), Televison (Marvel’s Daredevil) and on regional, Off Broadway and international stages. She is a prolific award winning audiobook narrator.

Leslie Veditz is a retired U.S. Air Force officer whose career spanned system acquisition, program management, and aircraft maintenance as well as 4 ½ years as an Assistant Professor teaching in the Aeronautical Engineering Department of the United States Air Force Academy. She holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and a M.S in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. Since moving to Santa Fe, she has served on the boards of the Santa Fe Opera Guild and Theatre Lovers Club, served as a math tutor for the Literacy Volunteers of Santa Fe, and as a Docent at the Santa Fe Opera.

ISC Santa Fe debut! Irene Webb brings her marketing and fundraising expertise to the nonprofit community in Santa Fe after a successful career as a book-to-film agent in Los Angeles and New York. She has marketed books and negotiated record-breaking deals for authors, such as Tom Clancy, Carrie Fisher, John Updike, Cormac McCarthy, Mario Puzo, and the comic book Men in Black.
Her passion for theater, opera, art, literature and horse riding keeps her enjoying a rich life in Santa Fe while helping non/profit organizations successfully achieve their goals. A diverse list of organizations she’s worked with ranges from those that offer arts, education, theater and musical performance to land conservation, homeless animal support, therapeutic horse services, prison and social justice advocacy, homeless shelters and housing.
Irene has loved Shakespeare’s language in theater, and poetry since her early school yesrs and has seen productions of his plays all over the world, and in multiple languages. She’s very excited to work with the talented group of artists at Incite Shakespeare Company Santa Fe.
